Your initial payment is $590: $395 for setup and deployment, plus $195 for your first month. Beginning with month two, the service renews at $195 per month.
What does the monthly service include?
Monthly service includes hosting for your Website Concierge and access to your Concierge Analytics command center, where you can explore insights from visitor conversations.
What happens after I order?
Ludwig prepares and configures your concierge, builds its initial business knowledge, connects it to your website, activates your analytics environment and tests the experience before launch.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel future renewals through your account. Cancellation is governed by Ludwig's subscription terms.
